We had to retire our swing. Colten is 10 years old and we bought it for him when he was born and since we are just the grandparents we bought the cheapest one we could find so I'd say we got our money's worth out of it, but alas the spring has sprung!! I just had to get a photo of all the kids the swing helped get to sleep (not to mention the sleep it helped us get,... Caitlin!!). I do love my new swing though, no more winding,... I'll just have to remember to keep new batteries around
Also, on a side note, I have noticed how often Madison is just wearing a diaper in lots of the photos on our blog. She is our nudist, she comes by it honestly as her mother was the same. I've been informed that her dad was (and still is) a nudist also. I will say that she starts out with clothes and shoes on, but unless we want to dress her 50 times a day she usually wins out on getting to stay in just her diaper. At least she keeps her clothes on in public and her diaper on the rest of the time, which is more than I could say about her MOM when SHE was small, (a most embarrassing tale the neighbors down the road still love to tell)
